What Is Ascension

Ascension is a shift in consciousness achieved through emotional and mental maturity and energetic mastery. The ascension process involves releasing trauma, limiting beliefs, and stored emotions from the body. Students learn to reparent themselves, cultivate interdependence, and step into self-love and personal empowerment. This allows one to evolve consciously and see things from a higher perspective.

This work is not about changing who you are. Ascension is about uncovering what has always been within you—and allowing it to rise.

Do I need experience to join?
No experience is required. ASHA welcomes complete beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. Our programs meet you wherever you are on your healing journey.
Do I have to get certified?
Certification is never required. It's available for those who feel called to professional practice, but students who learn purely for personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual development are equally supported and valued.
